INGREDIENTS
25ml MONTZI Raspberry Aperitivo
25ml Vanilla Vodka
25ml Raspberry Puree
25ml Pineapple Juice
12.5ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml vanilla syrup
METHOD
1. Add all the ingredients to an iced shaker, and shake well for 15-20 seconds.
2. Strain into a (preferably chilled) martini glass
3. Garnish with a couple of floating raspberries on the foam.
