INGREDIENTS
50ml MONTZI Raspberry Aperitivo
35ml Chase Gin
12.5ml Vanilla syrup
25ml Lime Juice
25ml Orange Juice
50ml Soda Water
METHOD
1. Add all the ingredients except the soda to an iced shaker, and shake well for 15-20 seconds.
2. Strain into a highball glass with plenty of ice
3. Top off with soda water and garnish with a raspberry or two and a lemon slice.
