INGREDIENTS

25ml MONTZI Blackberry Aperitivo
25ml Bourbon
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

METHOD

1. Add all the ingredients with a few dashes of chilled water to an iced mixing glass.
2. Gently stir for at least 45 seconds to mix everything together.
3. Strain and pour into an iced chilled rocks glass, garnish with orange peel and a blackberry.
