INGREDIENTS

25ml MONTZI Sour Cherry Aperitivo
25ml Amaretto
20ml Fresh lime juice
An egg white


METHOD

1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake hard for 30 seconds.
3. Fine strain into an ice filled rocks glass and garnish with a cherry.
